Type of Massages

Thai Traditional Massage Therapy
Experience a 3000 year old tradition designed to alleviate stress and provide ultimate relaxation. A strong acupressure massage with rhythmic stretching, bending and loosening of joints and muscles.
Slightly painful but provides a relaxing feeling afterwards.

Thai Oil Massage Therapy
Experience the sensuous feeling of a deep tissue massage with oil. Based on Swedish massage principles, perfect for de-stressing and rejuvenating the body.
Ideal for those with slightly less pain tolerance.

Thai Aromatherapy Massage
Similar to oil massage, but with the use of fragrant aromatherapy oils. Different oils known to evoke different feelings of relaxation and well-being. Choose your own oil.
Double the relaxation feeling.

Thai Foot Reflexology
Experience a stimulating foot massage, Thai style. Similar to Chinese foot massage, Thai Foot reflexology connects different points to the foot to different internal organs within the body.
The stimulation of these points is believed to enhance the health of the organs. Promotes blood circulation and detoxification (lymphatic drainage).

Thai Herbal Ball
Experience compress technique that offers several potential health benefits: It induces deep relaxation, relieves stress and fatigue, boosts both emotional and physical well-being, assists alignment and postural integrity of the body, improves circulation of blood and lymph and stimulates the internal organs.

The Ear Candle Treatment.
Ear candling takes about 30-45 minutes, it’s non-invasive and has a narcotic effect which is very relaxing. The ear candle is lit on the wide end and heat is not felt in the ear canal.
The negative charge of the herbal smoke and spiral shape of the candle work together to stimulate the respiratory system and cleanse.

Body Scrub
Just like the skin cells on your face, the cells on your body regularly shed to reveal new, healthier skin underneath. That turnover process slows as we get older; to give it a nudge, reach for a body scrub.
A scrub works in a few ways: As you massage it over your body, the exfoliating granules help to slough off dead skin, and the rubbing action itself boosts circulation and helps drain your lymph nodes, by increasing blood flow to the skin’s surface. Plus, after all that deep cleansing work in the shower, your post-wash moisturizer will be better able to soothe and hydrate your skin.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone therapy is a highly detoxifying type of massage. The stones themselves actually become the tools that you use, and the heat helps to relax the muscles and assimilate the circulation, allowing the toxins to come up to the surface of the skin. At the same time, we incorporate a Swedish massage technique, or you could also incorporate a Shiatsu Massage, and depending on those two, you can help to release the muscle even further, because of the heat.
The stones may be placed at specific points on the back, in the palms of the hand, or between the toes. The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.
